Skilled Migration

Australia strongly encourages skilled migrants to apply for relocation to Australia.

The General Skilled Migration program is for people who are not sponsored by an employer and who have the skills and expertise in particular occupations that are currently required in Australia.

Applicants must be over the age of eighteen and under the age of forty five, must be proficient with the English language, and must have recent skilled work experience or have engaged in recent appropriate Australian studies.

Under the skilled or independent migrant selection system, the Migration Occupations in Demand identifies occupations that are currently in high demand and those that are in short demand. Now there are three lists, Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL), the Short-term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL) and the Regional Occupation List (ROL) or the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS) ROL List. Not all occupations are eligible for PR. Higher points are awarded to people who have occupations that match the needs of the Australian workforce. However, even if your occupation does not earn you a substantial amount of points, Ankitha Migration Services can still find solutions to assist you in gaining migration to Australia.

Ultimately, there are a variety of visas that potential migrants can apply for under the skilled migration program and it can be extremely puzzling, annoying, and mind numbing to read through all the different possible alternatives. However, due to our expertise Ankitha Migration Services can help you make the transition to a life of opportunity here in Australia with less pain and stress.
